1. Service Description

Accounting Ketchup provides AI-powered catch-up bookkeeping services for QuickBooks Online users. We categorize and reconcile historical transactions in your QuickBooks Online file.

2. Pricing

Pricing is per month of catch-up as displayed on our website. Payment is due at the time of service via Stripe. All payments are one-time charges — there are no recurring subscriptions unless you opt in.

3. Scope of Work

Our service includes transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, and basic financial report preparation within QuickBooks Online. We do not provide tax preparation, tax advice, auditing, or financial advisory services.

4. Accuracy

We use AI-powered categorization with human review. While we strive for accuracy, bookkeeping involves professional judgment. We recommend having your CPA review completed work before filing taxes.

5. Data Security

We access your QuickBooks Online file via secure OAuth connection. We do not store your banking credentials. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
